My mother really wanted a mural on our garage door at the old house... and what mother wants, mother gets.
She enjoys butterflies, and flowers to some extent so... voila. I spent a week out in the sun, accomplishing this. There is a rose, a white daffodil (narcissus is at least good for murals even if he wasn't the smartest crayon in the box). I added in fireflies for effect... and then I dcided last second that I wanted to do a faerie. I cannot begin to tell you how much work it was. It was the first thing gone when the new owner moved in.

....My old bus driver loved it though. She has to live somewhere in the area out there, if we can find out where maybe she'll pay you to do her's. XD

oh, what a lovely idea. ...too bad i can't do that where i life since my house is a rental. but it's really beautiful.

Lol. Thank you. The mural was fun while it lasted... though i don't suggest all that work at a rental or it'd end up like mine. XD

yay for subeta. and yeah... rentals suck... but i know what it's like because my mom and i painted a mural of a black cat in a rose garden on the back side of our old house which we owned but it foreclosed and... well... *sigh* my bedroom had stuff on the walls like yours too, only mine were angels.

::commiserates:: Definitely know how that feels. We had to get rid of our home or it would have foreclosed. The taxes are terrible where I live. I believe we are the second highest or highest in the country last time i knew.

New jersey? ROTFL. our taxes were over 6,000 and we only had half an acre and a tiny house.
