Description
I created this for my uncle's 40th birthday.
It's two square layers of chocolate cake, sandwiched together with a strawberry frosting. Turrets are chocolate dipped ice cream cones. The frosting is a light satin whipped concoction of RPM and Wilton's boxed whipped frosting. Some of the rocks and the dragon are made of fondant. The dragon has spaghetti noodle supports.
Finished it off with my lovely airbrush. Not as smooth as I wanted the base frosting to be but it was such an awkward shape.
